City of Philadelphia Takes Major Step Forward with 40 Million Groundbreaking for 22nd District North Central Public Safety Building and PAL Center

Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel expressed gratitude for the investment in a modern facility for officers. The construction team includes Ballinger as the architect and Daniel J. Keating Company as the general contractor.
