The Slider Co. is set to open a pop-up restaurant in Philadelphia on July 11, featuring a range of gourmet sliders. Guests can enjoy complimentary sliders on opening day, with the first 100 attendees receiving either the Fat Mama Cheeseburger or the vegan Kitchen Sink. Founders William Johnson and Anesha Garrett, who have extensive culinary and healthcare backgrounds, envision expanding their brand into a nationwide presence. Their previous venture, DE Slider Co.
