Sunset Sizzle BBQ series debuts at Rope Anchor

Keating’s Rope & Anchor debuts the "Sunset Sizzle on the River" BBQ series in July, celebrating National Grilling Month with patio cookouts every Friday and Saturday from 5 to 9 p. m. The series features a rotating menu of elevated BBQ dishes, with Executive Chef Matthew Andrew overseeing the smoker and live music enhancing the dining experience. Dishes will range from specialty burgers to smoked meats, showcasing seasonal ingredients like heirloom tomatoes and grilled stone fruits. Chef Andrew highlights the importance of using fresh herbs and citrus oils to elevate grilled proteins.
