Township of Parsippany Honors All Veterans Who Served in Solemn Veterans Day Ceremony
Parsippany-Troy Hills commemorated Veterans Day on November 11 with a ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park, honoring local veterans' sacrifices. The event began with the Presentation of the Colors by American Legion Post #249 and an Invocation from Deacon Len Deo. Mayor Barberio highlighted the importance of veterans, stating, “Your bravery does not go unnoticed,” emphasizing the township's commitment to honoring military service. The Parsippany High School Choir performed the National Anthem, while students led the Pledge of Allegiance, showcasing youth involvement in civic duties.
