The City of Oak Harbor is excited to introduce Community Catch Up, a new initiative set to begin in January 2025, aimed at enhancing community connections. This casual, one-hour event will bring together local organizations, residents, and city partners such as the Oak Harbor School District and NASWI. Each participating organization will have 15-20 minutes to provide updates and showcase their initiatives for the coming year. Following these presentations, attendees will have the opportunity for an informal Q&A session, allowing for idea exchange and deeper community engagement. City officials will also be available to interact with residents and address their inquiries.

The inaugural event is scheduled for April 17, 2025, with the location yet to be determined. Community Catch Up aims to empower residents to get involved and stay informed about the developments shaping their city. This initiative reflects a commitment to fostering a vibrant and connected community.
