Upon arrival, officers found two individuals in an altercation, one of whom had a laceration to the arm. Officers provided emergency medical aid until fire and medical personnel arrived, and the victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

James Matlock, 52, was arrested and charged with Assault in the Second Degree following witness accounts at the scene.
