Minister of Agriculture Lana Popham engaged with over 20 agrifood retailers, reinforcing B. C. 's strong reputation for high-quality food products. The mission resulted in multiple agreements with Korean universities, promoting research and innovation. Eby expressed confidence that the mission would generate new opportunities across the region.

This initiative is part of B. C. 's broader Trade Diversification Strategy, designed to strengthen economic ties globally.
