Foundry Surrey Central opened on November 17, 2025, to provide comprehensive mental health and substance use services for youth aged 12-24 in Surrey. Located at 10280 City Parkway, the center allows access to services both in-person and virtually via the Foundry BC app. Minister of Health Josie Osborne highlighted the critical need for timely support for young people experiencing mental health challenges. The center offers free, same-day access to services like counseling, peer support, and care coordination, addressing barriers faced by youth. Multilingual staff will assist clients in languages including Punjabi, Spanish, and Arabic, ensuring accessibility for diverse communities.

Co-located Fraser Health staff will enhance care by connecting youth to specialized programs. The Province allocated $2. 3 million for the establishment and ongoing operations of the center, with additional funding from Health Canada and other supporters. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to strengthen mental health services for children and youth across British Columbia.
