The City of North Bend conducted its 2023 Community Survey between March and April, inviting anonymous feedback from residents to assess service quality and overall livability. With 347 households participating, the survey boasts a 95% confidence level and a precision of +/- 5. 2%, making it a scientifically valid assessment. The results revealed that an impressive 90% of respondents were satisfied with recreational opportunities, and 81% were pleased with their quality of life in North Bend. Additionally, feelings of safety and satisfaction with essential city services, such as fire and police, scored high at 76% and 73%, respectively.

These findings will inform decisions related to budget allocations, service adjustments, and the strategic direction of city governance. By comparing the results with similar surveys nationwide, North Bend aims to ensure that its services align with community needs. The survey highlights the importance of resident feedback in shaping city administration priorities.
