The Mori Estates subdivision, formerly the Ichijo subdivision, will introduce 40 residential lots and several parks in North Bend, with construction starting in December. Site clearing will conclude by the end of December, while grading is expected to extend into summer 2026, weather permitting. The project will feature three road connections: one to SE 140th Street and two to SE 16th and SE 137th Streets, ensuring access with limited traffic impacts. Residents near the site can expect construction noise from 7 a. m.

to 7 p. m. on weekdays and 9 a. m. to 5 p.

m. on select Saturdays. The city acknowledges potential inconveniences and thanks residents for their patience.
