City is seeking businesses input on local sign regulations and government service

North Bend, WALocal News

The City of North Bend is actively seeking feedback from local business owners to revise its signage regulations and improve government services. The existing regulations under NBMC Chapter 18. 20 do not fully address the diverse sign types or the unique needs of various businesses. A brief survey will collect valuable insights to inform updates to these regulations. The city also aims to evaluate its customer service and support for the local business community, identifying areas for improvement.

Associate Planner Caitlin Hepworth emphasized the importance of business owner participation in this process. The survey provides an opportunity for owners to share their experiences and suggestions about operating in North Bend. City Hall is open for inquiries, and the survey results will guide future policy changes. This initiative reflects North Bend's commitment to fostering a supportive environment for local businesses.
