The Moscow Tree Commission will hold an Arbor Day celebration on April 25, 2025, at Berman Creekside Park, where five trees will be planted. This family-friendly event, scheduled from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM, is free and open to the public, promoting community engagement in local forestry efforts. Participants will receive free seedlings of bristlecone pine, Lewis syringa, and northern catalpa while supplies last. To accommodate limited parking, attendees are encouraged to walk, bike, or carpool. The ceremony will commence at the park's picnic shelter, followed by the tree planting with students from Paradise Creek Regional High School and Rotary Club members.
