Sponsored Edmonds Asian Food Tour discover the flavors of Hong Kong at Harvest Wonton Noodle
Sam and Idy Ko opened Harvest Wonton Noodle in Edmonds, Washington, after relocating from Hong Kong in 2001 to pursue their version of the American Dream. The restaurant serves authentic Hong Kong-style dishes, with a menu featuring fresh daily-made sauces and wontons. Sam works as the chef, while Idy manages the front of house, embodying the family-run essence of the business. The restaurant started as a COVID passion project, taking two years to establish due to paperwork and remodeling challenges. Their daughters, particularly Aurysia, played significant roles in the business's creation, handling much of the paperwork.
Harvest Noodle operates Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30 a. m. to 8:30 p. m. , offering dining and take-out options.
The restaurant is part of the Edmonds Asian Food Tour, showcasing local Asian culinary diversity. Community engagement and family involvement highlight the restaurant's significance in the local dining scene.
