Sponsor spotlight Gallery North announces Women and Art exhibit

The "Women and Art" exhibit at Gallery North runs from August 1-31, showcasing the works of Roxanne Marlin and Stacie LeBlanc. Marlin's contemporary impressionistic style captures the beauty of everyday life using bright colors and various mediums, while LeBlanc's paintings combine transparent watercolors and metallic gouache to delve into themes such as mythology and women's independence. A reception on August 9 from 1-4 p. m. will feature refreshments and opportunities to meet the artists.

Gallery North has been a staple in the Edmonds arts community for over 60 years, emphasizing the promotion and sale of local art. The gallery is open seven days a week from 11 a. m. -5 p. m.
