Sno-King Folk Dance Club welcomes locals with global rhythms in Lynnwood

The Sno-King International Folk Dance Club invites residents to participate in dance sessions every Wednesday at the Cedar Valley Grange in Lynnwood. Dancers of all levels can enjoy a variety of global dance styles, including those from Poland, Scotland, and Bulgaria, from 7 to 9 p. m. A beginner-friendly class begins at 6:30 p. m.

, except on the second Wednesday of each month, which features a set dance at 6:45 p. m. Late arrivals may not be accommodated that night, and no beginner class will be held. On August 9, the club will also host its monthly Second Saturday party, offering open dancing without instruction. Participants are encouraged to wear traditional folk attire and bring snacks to share.

Admission costs $8, while newcomers receive their first visit free, promoting community engagement. The club aims to foster a welcoming environment for cultural exchange through dance.
