Meanwhile, Bellevue College is evaluating its property along College Drive for future development, considering leasing options to residential developers instead of pursuing a full campus.

The college's current development agreement expires in 2025, prompting immediate discussions with the City of Issaquah. This strategic move would allow the college to generate revenue while maintaining control over the land. As construction progresses for both commercial projects, residents can anticipate improved infrastructure and increased housing options in the community.
