Alongside this draft, an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing is also available for public review, highlighting barriers to equal housing opportunities. Citizens are encouraged to provide their insights and comments online until May 7, 2025. To further engage the public, a virtual hearing will take place on April 10, 2025, from 10 to 11 a.

m. via Microsoft Teams, with participation open to all without prior registration. This initiative emphasizes the importance of community involvement in shaping housing policy and addressing pressing development needs.
