HY Class of 2024: Viggy Ravilla

Viggy Ravilla, a resident of Central Park, is set to graduate from Issaquah High School this spring and has made significant contributions to the Highlands Youth Advisory Board over the past two years. He plans to further his education at the University of Washington, aspiring to enter medical school after completing his undergraduate studies. Viggy's tenure on the HY Board has provided him with insights into event planning and enhanced his communication skills, while fostering a sense of community through various events. He has recognized the substantial impact the HY Board has on local decisions, highlighting the importance of youth voices in shaping community initiatives. One of his proudest achievements is the establishment of The Big Game Watch Party, which has grown into a successful event for residents.

As he prepares for the next chapter, Viggy encourages fellow board members to pursue their ideas and make meaningful contributions to Issaquah Highlands. His experiences have deepened his commitment to community involvement, leaving him optimistic about the positive impact he can continue to make.
