In-N-Out Burger relocating its Orange County headquarters

In-N-Out Burger is set to move its corporate headquarters from Irvine back to Baldwin Park, California, where it originally opened in 1948. This decision, announced this week, aims to consolidate the company's West Coast operations by 2029, allowing employees to work together more effectively. In conjunction with this relocation, In-N-Out is also developing an Eastern Territory office in Franklin, Tennessee, expected to be completed by late 2026, which will support their expansion efforts. Employees will have the option to transfer to the Tennessee office, highlighting the importance of centralizing their West Coast operations. Lynsi Snyder, owner and president of In-N-Out, emphasized that this move honors her family's legacy and enhances customer service.

The company, which has over 42,000 associates across more than 400 locations, remains dedicated to its roots and values. The planned changes reflect a strategic approach to growth while maintaining strong ties to its history. As In-N-Out continues to thrive, the move back to Baldwin Park is a significant milestone for the iconic brand.
