Shyrl Noreen Hand, a 74-year-old entrepreneur, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2025, in The Dalles, Oregon. Born on May 15, 1951, in Redding, California, she was known for her entrepreneurial spirit, having run a beauty salon, a janitorial company, and a floral business. Noreen found joy in outdoor activities and spent cherished moments with her family, reflecting her vibrant personality. Her unwavering faith as a Jehovah’s Witness was a cornerstone of her life, offering her strength and purpose. She is survived by her husband, George Hutter, her son, Rickey Franklin Turner, and her daughter, Ashlea Dawn Lazelle, along with 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Noreen was preceded in death by her first husband and several children. A memorial service will take place on August 16, 2025, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Goldendale. Arrangements are being handled by Anderson’s Tribute Center, where condolences can be offered online.
