The 5,200-square-foot location incorporates traditional log cabin design with contemporary boutique features. It showcases products from over 20 jewelry designers and offers services such as custom design and personalization. CEO Bill Jones stated that expanding to Fort Smith is a vital step for the family-owned business, which began in Pine Bluff in 1970. The store aims to cater to important customer moments, as noted by company president William Jones.

Amelia Braun, a local jewelry professional, will oversee the new location, bringing her nine years of industry experience. The ribbon-cutting event was attended by representatives from the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce, highlighting community engagement. This expansion reflects the company's commitment to serving Arkansas families with quality jewelry and exceptional service.
