Additionally, Starbucks will launch a limited-edition holiday merchandise collection in collaboration with Hello Kitty, appealing to fans of both brands.

Participating locations in Fort Smith include 5210 Grand Ave. and 4601 Phoenix Ave. , with more baristas scheduled to enhance service on Red Cup Day. Last year, customers earned a discount for returning with reusable cups, but this year's promotions are not yet confirmed. Starbucks announced the date for Red Cup Day on Instagram on Oct.
