Police release identity of Siloam Springs murder victim

Emmanuel Tucker was shot and killed during a robbery attempt at the Meadows Apartments in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The Siloam Springs Police Department charged Braylon Farris, 19, and Kyle Lee McIntire, 15, with capital murder, with McIntire facing adult charges. Deputy Chief Derek Spicer stated that Farris shot Tucker during the attempted robbery.
