Gearhead, offering outdoor apparel and gear, emphasizes community values, as highlighted by store manager William Andress. The newly opened pharmacy caters to both Walmart associates and the public, providing prescriptions, testing, and immunizations, complete with a bike-through pickup window. Walmart product manager Shaikh Rafid noted that the expansion motivates employees and enhances their work experience. The campus encourages an active lifestyle through abundant greenery and e-bikes available for associates.

Rafid remarked on the fitness opportunities the area provides, making it appealing to employees. Additionally, other businesses like Sweetgreen and Jamba Juice will join the campus soon, indicating ongoing growth. This expansion aligns with Walmart's commitment to fostering community and improving employee well-being.
