Andrew James McGann, 28, was arrested for capital murder on Wednesday while getting a haircut at Lupita’s Beauty Salon in Springdale, Arkansas. He faces charges related to the deaths of Clinton and Cristen Brink, discovered at Devil's Den State Park on Saturday. The arrest occurred just before 5 p. m. , with police entering the salon from both front and rear entrances.

A stylist described McGann as timid and unsettling during his haircut, recalling that he kept his head down and had long hair covering his face. Video evidence captured police handcuffing him while he wore a barber cape. Investigators documented hair clippings on the salon floor, indicating a thorough examination of the scene. The salon was closed following the incident, highlighting the gravity of the situation. McGann's arrest marks a significant development in the ongoing investigation into the murders.
