Nguyen, an Asian male weighing 120 pounds and measuring 5'4", has gray hair, brown eyes, and notable scars on the top of his head. He was last spotted wearing blue jeans and a brown long-sleeved shirt at 5100 Clarendon. Authorities believe he may be driving a Gray Toyota Camry with the license plate number 727VID.

Police requested that anyone with information contact them at (479) 709-5000, emphasizing the role of community engagement in the search efforts. The alert's activation underscored the urgency of locating missing individuals, especially vulnerable populations.
