The Snohomish County Medical Examiner ruled the cause of death as drug poisoning, emphasizing the risks associated with fentanyl, particularly for young children. Investigators executed a warrant, uncovering narcotics-related items in multiple rooms and video footage of drug use around children. Interviews indicated that the suspects were aware of the drug activities within the home.
