Hells Belles Shook Everett All Night Long Halloween Night
Hell’s Belles, an acclaimed all-female AC/DC cover band, delivered an electrifying performance at APEX Art & Culture Center in Downtown Everett on Halloween night, marking the venue's first-ever music event. Despite the cold and wet weather, a diverse crowd turned out, many dressed in costumes, creating a festive atmosphere. Lead guitarist Adrian Conner impressed fans with her dynamic stage presence and skillful guitar work, while lead singer Lauren Piston brought depth to the band's sound. AC/DC's Angus Young has acknowledged Hell’s Belles as the best tribute band, adding to their notable reputation. The L-shaped layout of King’s Hall allowed for varied audience experiences, with standing room providing the most engagement.
A quieter bar area offered some relief from the noise, though it remained lively. Given the event's success, there is potential for more music events in Everett, which could further enrich the local arts scene. Future Halloween events could benefit from dedicated photo opportunities for attendees in costume.
