The public review period is set from April 25 to May 28, 2025, with written comments required to be submitted by 5 p. m. on the last day of the comment period.

The 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan includes an executive summary, a needs assessment, a market analysis, and a strategic plan detailing community priorities. The 2025 Annual Action Plan allocates approximately $775,000 for specific activities during the 2025 program year. The city collaborates closely with Snohomish County and the City of Marysville to ensure comprehensive data is included in the plans. This collaboration aims to enhance the effectiveness of CDBG fund utilization and address the pressing needs of the community.
