Firefighters arrived to find residents evacuating as flames and smoke were reported from a third-story unit. Fortunately, the fire was largely contained by the building's sprinkler system, allowing crews to extinguish it within 20 minutes of their arrival. While there were no injuries, some apartments and a business space on the main floor suffered water damage. The Red Cross was called in to support seven residents who were displaced due to the fire.

Firefighters dedicated several hours to salvage and cleanup efforts following the incident.
