Everett, WALocal News

Raliberto’s Taco Shop is expanding its reach into North Everett, with a new location at 2232 Colby Ave, right next to Welch’s Foods. The establishment will fill the space left by Best Teriyaki, which closed its doors silently within the last nine months. Known for its vibrant menu, the South Everett location has garnered a 4. 4-star Google rating, indicating a strong community following. The new shop is expected to offer an extensive menu that includes hard and soft shell tacos, 17 different burrito varieties, and several breakfast options.

Raliberto’s Taco Shop submitted a permit application to the Snohomish County Health Department on February 20, 2025. However, delays in the permitting process may push back the opening date. Local residents are keenly anticipating the arrival of this popular dining spot, which promises to enhance the culinary landscape of North Everett. The community's excitement reflects a growing demand for diverse food options in the region.
