Suspect Arrested in Decembers Silverlake Murder Case

Bryan Hernandez Ramirez, an 18-year-old male, was arrested by the Everett Police Department's Anti-Crime Team (ACT) and Violent Crime Unit (VCU) in connection with a murder that occurred in December 2024 in Silverlake. On December 11, at approximately 7:30 PM, police responded to reports of gunfire near the Charter Club Apartments, where they discovered a male victim in his 40s suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate lifesaving efforts, the victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Following the incident, authorities utilized a drone and K-9 unit to locate the suspect, but he remained elusive. Since then, Major Crimes Detectives have been actively investigating the case.

On February 25, 2025, they successfully apprehended Ramirez, who was subsequently booked into the Snohomish County Jail for Murder 2. The police are seeking additional information from the public, encouraging anyone with details about the incident to reach out through the Everett Police Department TIP LINE. This case highlights the ongoing efforts of local law enforcement to address violent crime in the community.
