Everett, WALocal News

The Port of Everett and Lincoln Property Company have announced the pre-leasing of up to 120,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space within the Millwright District at Waterfront Place, part of a significant $1 billion mixed-use development. This waterfront complex, situated at the largest public marina on the West Coast, aims to provide modern, Class-A office suites that can accommodate businesses ranging from small startups to larger corporations. Amenities such as structured parking, rooftop terraces, community conference rooms, and fitness centers enhance the appeal of the office space.

Port of Everett CEO Lisa Lefeber highlighted that the development is timely for companies looking to expand closer to their workforce amid rising back-to-office mandates. Positioned between Seattle and Vancouver, B. C. , Everett is set to attract quality employers with its skilled workforce and diverse economy. Alex Aigner of Lincoln Property Company notes that the project offers a unique opportunity for waterfront office space, complete with stunning views and direct access to retail and recreation.

The construction is expected to take 24 months, with openings anticipated as early as 2028. This strategic initiative potentially reshapes the business landscape in Everett, enhancing its role as a key player in the greater Seattle metro area.
