Another Stabbing In Everett Today

On January 21, 2025, at approximately 6:47 p. m. , South County Deputies were dispatched to a stabbing that took place in the Pizza Hut parking lot at 429 128th St. SW, Everett, Washington. This incident is particularly concerning as it represents the second stabbing in Everett within just five days, following an earlier attack on a 6th grader.

The victim, an adult male, suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being pistol-whipped and stabbed in the back. Law enforcement quickly apprehended the suspect, who is also an adult male, but it remains unclear whether they knew each other. The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office stated that this stabbing is unrelated to the previous incident, highlighting a troubling trend of violence in the community. As residents grapple with these events, the need for increased safety measures and community vigilance becomes paramount. This latest incident emphasizes the importance of addressing crime in local neighborhoods and fostering a sense of security among residents.
