Reptile Lady Coming to Everett Library

April Jackson, known as the Reptile Lady, will visit the Evergreen branch of the Everett Public Library on April 27th from 2 to 3 PM. This event is ticketed, with tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis starting 30 minutes before the program. April is the daughter of Scott Petersen, the Reptile Man, who founded the Reptile Zoo in Monroe in 1996. Isaac Petersen, Scott's son, now runs the zoo, continuing the family's commitment to wildlife education. Attendees will have the chance to see snakes, alligators, and other reptiles during this educational visit.

The event highlights the importance of engaging children with local wildlife and nature, fostering a connection between youth and the environment. The Reptile Zoo has served as a valuable educational resource in the region for over 25 years, providing insights into reptile care and conservation.
