Deputies Investigating Home Invasion Robbery That Left Woman Dead In Eastmont Neighborhood Of Everett

Around 3 a. m. , Snohomish County deputies responded to a home invasion in Everett's Eastmont neighborhood, where they discovered a 36-year-old woman who had suffered a gunshot wound. Despite efforts by first responders, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators learned that three armed suspects forced their way into the home and shot the woman on the second floor.

The suspects, described as black males wearing dark clothing, fled the scene on foot. The victim's husband managed to alert a neighbor, who then called 911. Thankfully, a juvenile child present in the home was unharmed. Authorities are requesting that residents check their video surveillance systems for any activity around the time of the incident. The Major Crimes Unit is actively investigating the case.
