Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) nonprofit organizations and local government entities. Projects that enhance community spaces or encourage further investment are prioritized. Recent winners have focused on technology upgrades, arts initiatives, and the development of community centers.

Applicants must submit a detailed proposal, including plans, budget, timeline, and letters of support. The program excludes for-profit businesses from receiving funding. T-Mobile aims to strengthen community ties and improve local infrastructure through these grants.
