Edmonds School District summer learning opportunities for 2025

The Edmonds School District has unveiled several summer learning opportunities for 2025, aimed at enhancing student skills and knowledge. The fee-based Summer Music School will run weekdays from June 26 to July 16, catering to choir students aged 10 and older, as well as instrumental students with at least one year of band or orchestra experience. Additionally, the High School Summer School program, scheduled from June 30 to July 31, offers credit recovery and new credit options for students in grades 9-12, with coursework available remotely. Two invitation-only programs will support multilingual students, including a four-week program focused on language development and a Pre-Algebra course aimed at strengthening foundational math skills. The Extended School Year program will also be available for students qualifying through their Individualized Education Plans, with families directly contacted regarding eligibility.

These initiatives reflect the district's commitment to providing diverse educational opportunities during the summer months. Registration is currently open for the Summer Music School and High School Summer School.
