Sponsor spotlight Celebrating the success of Jazz Connection in Edmonds

The Edmonds Rotary Daybreakers thanked attendees of the Jazz Connection Festival, held on May 17, 2025, at local venues. Student musicians from across the region performed, demonstrating their skill and creativity. Five scholarships were awarded to outstanding students, including Angela Adams and Aiden Cavanaugh, recognizing their hard work in music. Tam Osbourne, the festival's first-time coordinator, played a pivotal role in its success and received special acknowledgment. Jazz Connection Committee Chairs George Smith and Valerie Claypool contributed significantly to the event's organization and execution.

The festival fostered community spirit and showcased the importance of youth arts. Volunteers helped raise critical funds for local high school arts programs, emphasizing community involvement. The Rotary Daybreakers look forward to the festival's continued success in future years.
