Baton Health and the Teladan Project will host a free family gardening event on June 7 from 11 a. m. to 1:30 p. m. at Point Edwards Farm in Woodway.

The event aims to enhance mental health and strengthen family connections through hands-on gardening activities, including a take-home kit for participants. Attendees will also receive mental health education and engage in nature-based self-care practices in a scenic urban farm setting. Parking is limited, prompting organizers to encourage carpooling or walking to the venue. Spots are limited, and attendees must RSVP to secure their participation.
