The Edmonds Jazz Connection brought together musicians from local middle, high school, and college jazz programs for performances at three venues in downtown Edmonds. Sponsored by the Daybreakers Rotary Club, the event featured vocalists and big bands at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, while small combos performed at the Edmonds Theater. In addition to the musical displays, the Rotary Club awarded scholarships to five students in recognition of their academic and extracurricular excellence.
