Fitness fun for all Edmonds School District Health and Wellness Expo May 31

The Edmonds School District will hold its annual Health and Wellness Expo on May 31, running from 10 a. m. to 1 p. m. at Edmonds Stadium.

This free community event offers families hands-on opportunities to learn about physical and mental health, with a specific focus on providing support for special education families. An Accessible Fun Run will take place at 11 a. m. , encouraging participation from individuals of all ages and abilities, with early registrants receiving free t-shirts. In addition to the fun run, the expo will feature fitness challenges, garden experiences, health screenings, and information on resources for students with disabilities.
