Pride Month returns in downtown Edmonds starting June 1
Edmonds will host a variety of events to mark Pride Month, beginning with a picnic at Hickman Park on June 1. The lineup features a trivia night at Brigid's Bottleshop, where 10% of profits will support Edmonds Pride, and an online writing workshop for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and allies. A storytelling concert on June 9 will highlight local queer voices, including Manny Lopez and Chris Spengler. The main event, the Edmonds Pride Festival on June 28, promises live music, local vendors, and activities for all ages. Community engagement is a key focus, with opportunities for local organizations to connect with attendees.
Brigid’s and Churchkey Pub are among the venues contributing to the festivities, with donations to support local LGBTQIA2S+ initiatives. Interested participants can find more information and RSVP through relevant channels. This celebration reflects Edmonds' commitment to inclusivity and support for the queer community.
