Ales for the Arts Concert Crawl Music, local bites and community spirit await on May 21 and 31

Ales for the Arts, organized by the Foundation for Edmonds School District, runs from May 21 to May 31 to promote arts education. The kickoff event on May 21 at Brigid’s Bottle Shop features live student performances and local dining options donating a portion of their sales when guests mention “Save the Arts. ” The main event on May 31 at The Boathouse Taproom and Gallaghers includes headline acts Stray Dogs and Club Clover, along with games and art-making activities hosted by Graphite Arts Center. Guests can participate in auctions showcasing unique items, with all proceeds benefiting arts education. Special brew Lyric Lager will be available, with 100% of sales directed to supporting local arts.

Executive Director Deborah Brandi emphasized the event's importance in preserving vital arts education for students. The concert crawl fosters community spirit while raising funds for a significant cause. This initiative highlights the community's commitment to supporting arts programs within the Edmonds School District.
