Reminder Move4Mona 5K WalkRun May 10 supports global education initiatives

The Mona Foundation's fifth Annual Edmonds Move4Mona 5K Walk/Run will occur on May 10 at 10 a. m. at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, located at 410 4th Ave. N. Proceeds will support grassroots initiatives focused on education, particularly for children, and empowerment of women and girls globally.

Participants can register online or donate even if they don't take part in the walk/run. This event underscores the local community's dedication to fostering educational opportunities worldwide. The Mona Foundation aims to raise awareness and funds for these significant initiatives. Last year, the event attracted numerous participants, reflecting local support for global educational efforts. Donations contribute directly to programs that emphasize community service and empowerment.
