Edmonds Pride Tea Party May 3 at Edmonds Lutheran Church

Edmonds Pride collaborates with Edmonds Lutheran Church to host a tea party on May 3, from 3-5 p. m. , designed to unite the local LGBTQIA+ community. The gathering will showcase two special tea blends, “Tea4Tea,” a white peony tea with butterfly pea flower and rose buds, and “The Flower Code,” an herbal chamomile tea with hibiscus and lavender. Local bakeries, Cottage Community Bakery and Zuri’s Doughnuts, generously provide pastries for attendees.

Tickets are available for $25 each, which includes tea, snacks, a reserved seat, and access to a photobooth with Polaroids. Proceeds from ticket sales will support Edmonds Pride’s events scheduled for June, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to community engagement. This event highlights the growing visibility and support for the LGBTQIA+ community in Edmonds. The unique tea blends will also be available for purchase at Treasures and Teas, with a portion of profits going to Edmonds Pride. Overall, the tea party serves as a celebration of community and inclusivity.
