Homage Senior Services has appointed Alicia Crank as its new senior manager of philanthropy, a position she will utilize to enhance fundraising and community outreach efforts. Crank, who has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, aims to connect donors and strengthen awareness for the organization, which serves more than 25,000 older adults and individuals with disabilities each year. "Philanthropy is about connection — bringing people together to solve real, daily challenges in our communities," she said. Previously, Crank served as executive director of Seattle CityClub, leading major fundraising initiatives and civic engagement projects. Her experience includes significant roles at organizations like AtWork!

and the YWCA. Notably, she spearheaded campaigns and events such as the Edmonds International Women’s Day. Crank also contributes to local civic organizations, holding positions on boards like the Hazel Miller Foundation. Her leadership is expected to significantly enhance the organization's reach and impact in Snohomish County.
