Chosen from nearly 100 nominees, Lewis received this accolade for her exemplary leadership and commitment to community advocacy. Her innovative approach to creating inclusive spaces at the food bank showcases her dedication to fostering connection among residents. Casey Davis, Executive Director of Edmonds Food Bank, noted the growing need for food security in the region, highlighting the essential role that leaders like Lewis play in addressing these challenges. The event recognized not only Lewis but also her peers, including Anthony Hawley and Megan Kemmett, who are equally committed to enhancing food security.
