Edmonds Driftwood Players offers 2025 theater scholarships

The Edmonds Driftwood Players, a well-respected nonprofit community theatre, is proud to announce its 2025 Scholarship program, which aims to support aspiring theatre students. The program offers three distinct scholarships, each valued at $1,000: the Ralph Eaton Technical Theatre Scholarship, the Theatre Arts Scholarship, and the AC & Norma Gehrig Memorial Scholarship. Eligible applicants include graduating high school seniors and current college students from Snohomish, King, and surrounding counties, with a particular emphasis on those pursuing technical theatre education. The deadline for scholarship applications is set for June 8, 2025. To be considered, students must submit a comprehensive application packet, including transcripts, a letter of recommendation, and a personal essay detailing their passion for theatre arts.
