Edmonds School District students invited to participate in Lynnwood Idol competition

Aspiring singers from the Edmonds School District are invited to showcase their talents in the Lynnwood Idol competition, which offers two categories for participants: grades K-5 and grades 6-12. The competition consists of two rounds, beginning with online video submissions to identify finalists. Those selected will then perform in-person auditions on June 1 at the Edmonds College Black Box Theatre, an event that is open and free to the public. Two winners will be awarded a $500 prize each and will have the opportunity to perform at the Lynnwood CELEBRATE! event scheduled for June 27.

To be eligible for the competition, singers must be available for both the finals audition and the performance. The application deadline is April 30, urging interested candidates to act quickly.
